Good Pizza as usual, but if you place a order there, or anyplace, I'd start asking all establishment's about pick up info.. Because when I ordered I was told 20mins, I went right there and found 17ppl.in line to pick up and place orders, which then caused me to get my pizza a hour after I was supposed to. Just FYI..

Waitress was the best very polite and check on us often. Pizza was awesome and great. Definitely will go back.

Been looking for a decent place to pick up pizza since moving here in March. I just found it....... Good food..... Prompt service.... And Friendly. Only issue, I tried calling in my order but no one picked up.

Greeeat Subs, huge great meats. Could be best sub in LSD.

This was our first time ordering from Al’s and I can say we will not be ordering from here again. The service was beyond rude. The menu doesn’t have any details regarding what’s included on subs and the employees didn’t know what was on the subs either. The cheeseburger subs consisted of bread, burger and cheese. Nothing else. We were unaware that basic sub toppings (Lettuce and tomato) were extra charge. We waited 45 minutes, didn’t get all subs, and had to go back in and reorder the missing sub. Still paid the full price and wasn’t even accommodated for our inconvenience.

They forgot to put sauce in for mozzarella sticks. Line at dinner time. Call ahead & charge. They will bring it out when you get there.

I ordered my food at 7:12pm. I pay for it at 7:35pm. They don't bring to my car until 7:40pm. I live 15 mins way. I get home open my food and half the order is wrong. I order BBQ wings they give me buffalo hot wings. I ordered cheesesteak with lettuce tomatoes pickle. I get meatball Parma. I call start calling at 7:55pm. No answer I repeat call them back to back for 10 min straight. It's 8:05pm. They close at 8pm. Now I had to throw the wings away bc non of us eat buffalo wings nor do we eat meatballs. So tell me why you think you got everyone's order right and not answer my the phone.

Good hoagies and steaks. However the onion rings were alfull.

Always great food, service, and staff. Al and Chris always go above and beyond to make sure that your dining experience or take-out food is exceptional! Thank you for your continued great service and food. Also, in the past whenever we have asked Al to help with a fundraiser or donation for my son's sports teams, he was always willing to help.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but was pretty disappointed with this place. They were a bit rude on the phone, forgot the salad in our order, and put cheese on a sandwich for my lactose intolerant mother. They were also rude during the pickup process. Pizza was tasty, but that’s really the only good thing to say.

Great pizza and subs. We stop here every year when we visit the beach.

I've only had their subs before, but they have always been very good! Maybe I should try some of their other food!

Thus far, not great and not bad, service and food-wise. Just not super inviting. The quality was decent. Good spaghetti and meatballs. Subs and antipasto good portions but didn't tempt me to get more of those in the future. Friendly enough, but could be a little more receptive to customer concerns. I'd still like to try the pizza. Next time I get their food and experience any service, from the manager to the wait staff, could change my review up or down.

Pizza was pizza, frozen crust. I was surprised the restroom was not handicap accessible. I really thought it was a law. And it is such an easy thing to do. Sad.

I ordered a large sausage pizza. It was a major disappointment. The sausage was of poor quality. The sauce was bland and the crust was average. I would not recommend Al Casapulla’s pizza to anyone. I have sampled their subs on a few occasions also. Don’t waste your time and money.

Al Casapulla's never disappoints!! Their subs are some of the best. We got takeout to go, called ahead to order and it was ready when I got there. Not sure but I don't think they have dine in right now. Staff was great, food was great. Love Casapulla's!! Thank you.

Their Italian sub was good. Personally was not a fan of their pizza sub nor their pizza.

Great place for subs and pizza! Order in or carry out.Amazing prices on wine and beer when you eat in!The subs are huge portions and very tasty.The pizza is much better than the chains.The spaghetti is good too and salads.I definitely recommend you try this place.... You will not be disappointed.Grab a sub and throw it in a cooler as you leave the beach.... When you get home and unpack the car you will have a tasty treat ready and waiting!

Coming from the beach area , i had noticed your shop as i was driving back home. Pulled in and liked the idea of eat in or out. My order was filled quickly and the waiting staff ensured all of our needs were met. Food came to us quickly and order was filled precisely as requested. . After dining in i had decided to make a take out order for when i got home. When we were ready to go my take out was ready for us at the register. Could not be more pleased at the food and service .

Excellent place for lunch. Fast and friendly. Food was great. Subs were full and fresh. Bread soft and fresh. Will eat there again. They have dine in and take out as well.

Always great food and service. Placing a phone order can be frustrating if you get the person we did. I think she had us on speaker which added to having to repeat things often. Took longer then needed too. It was worth it when we got the food. Great place!

I have dealt with Als for years. Today was awful not the food but when I placed my phone order I had to yell for the person taking the order to hear me. I could hear the radio blaring and workers yelling at each other. This was not a very inviting atmosphere. Certainly hope you will look into what may be wrong with your phones. I was not impressed. Hope things can get back to the way they use to be at Als. Hey there were 4 at the Sub station and 2 standing around.

The Philly cheesesteak pizza is fantastic. 12/10 An absolute must!

Been twice to Al's and both times got the italian subs - they are great! High quality meats, large portion size, fresh bread. Small dining area; service was quick and efficient. Will be back to try the pizza!

They never get my fresh turkey sub right. No salt or lettuce ....i get both....provolone cheese ....no cheese ......sweet peppers no onions.....i get onions no sweet peppers. No one is accountable. Turkey sub is not difficult ....Al all I'm Looking for is when i order something that's what I expect. I don't eat fast food alot but when I do i want it good and right. This just did start to happen because of covid..covid is not an excuse for poor service!It's been happening for awhile. The staff needs to listen and be accountable.

Same exact Pizza done totally different. It's like they just threw some lunch meat on top. Really? Used to be good they're falling off big time!
